Tuscaloosa Wellness Expo

  A Wellness Expo is an event designed to educate, inspire, and connect people around topics of health, wellness, holistic living, and the holistic modalities in modern times as well. Our expos use a variety of different practices to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual alignment & well being. 

Our Tuscaloosa Wellness Expo will be a half day experiences that will include the following:

• 1 Night accommodation for instructor
• 2 day transportation, car rental fee 
• Wellness Icebreaker (an icebreaker to allow us to connect with one another and get to know who is in the room.)
• 20 minute intentional breathwork session
• One Hour sound bowl meditation session
• One platter of Seamoss smoothies that serves (25 people).
• An event flyer with logo imprinted on flyer
• Flyer heavily marketed for one week on our social media platforms
• 1 Instructor + 1 assistant attending all present (serves up to 25)
• Event space/venue (up to 25 people)
• Yoga mats
• Sound healing equipment rental 
• Microphone & Loud speaker
